Vin Yin yoga is a yoga style that combines Vinyasa and Yin Yoga into a single class. It begins with Vinyasa flows and ends with a restorative Yin sequence. Beginning with Vinyasa also makes the Yin less challenging, as you will be able to enter it with a calmer and more focused mind.

A mat, a space to practice and in some classes props are required like blocks and small weights. Props will be specified in the class description. We offer modifications if you do not have them.
