Hello!
I have been practicing Yoga for over 15 years and teaching
for over a decade. I’m from Mexico, and I’ve had the privilege of training in
Yoga Strength and Yoga Wheel with amazing teachers. I am a proud mom of two
beautiful boys who inspire me every day to stay connected to the source of
unconditional love within me.

I’m a people person at heart and thrive on connection—whether it’s sharing a deep breath in a Yoga class, laughing through a challenging workout, or simply holding space for someone to feel seen and supported.
I love moving my body every day whenever I can. Some days it’s for an hour, other days just 15 minutes, but for me, the intention of feeling strong, grounded, and present is what matters most. I love inviting others to move with purpose, build resilience, and feel empowered in their bodies. To me, wellness isn’t just a practice—it’s a way of life. It’s about creating balance, honouring your body, and finding joy in the small, beautiful moments.
I’m also passionate about sharing beauty and self-care tips. I love inspiring people to find ways to glow from the inside and out, embracing their true essence.
Movement is my medicine, teaching is my passion, and showing up with authenticity is my daily intention. As a mom, a teacher, and a lover of beauty in all its forms, I’m here to help you feel strong, centred, and radiant—inside and out.

I’m a professional performing artist, dancer, and acrobat. I’ve spent years traveling the world, driven by a lifelong passion for movement and creative expression. My journey has taken me from the stage to the studio, blending the beauty of performance with the energy of wellness.

Wellness is a lifestyle. I was drawn to yoga out of a deep interest in self-exploration and mindfulness. Through many years of training, I’ve learned that movement isn’t just about the body—it’s about the mindset and using movement to connect with yourself.
I specialize in Yoga, Pilates, stretching, and strength training—practices that have not only shaped my body but also transformed my mind and spirit. Finding balance is key in all aspects of life, and I help others discover how to bring that balance into their life.
